The cover shoot for A Dying Art enriched Aaron’s enjoyment of indie publishing. He delved into the production process, learning digital photography, befriending a model, a makeup & F/X artist, obtaining permission from Oregon City to shoot in their cemetery, using a technique in Adobe Photoshop to turn the daylight into twilight, and his good friend Daniel Cooney illustrated a silhouette of a gunman stalking the main character.
